LIFT-OUT DYNAMIC IMPACT PROTECTION BARRIER
BAU-SFIL is our lift-out impact protection barrier for areas where there is a risk of accidental impact caused by handling equipment for loads. It is designed to allow easy maintenance and access to protected areas. It offers an innovative solution for protecting machinery and equipment in industrial environments without neglecting their need for inspection and maintenance.
These protection devices consist of removable impact protection profiles mounted on a support that is fixed to the floor via the patented SBS core drilling or bolt-down systems. The protection railings can be removed with ease to allow maintenance, repairs or inspections on the machine or in the protected area, and put back into place on completion of the work.
Constructed in special technopolymer, the removable shockproof barriers offer high shock absorption capacity while retaining their shape and structure.
The railings comply with HACCP health and hygiene regulations and are resistant at low temperatures. On special request, they can also be made with fire-resistant Class V0 rating. These barriers are especially useful in sectors such as the food industry, where the protection of and constant access to equipment are vital in order to ensure the safety and operational efficiency of machinery and systems.
