Our Quality Policy

AIM

This corporate quality policy sets out the objectives and context, and the management principles that need to be applied within the company to ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system.

This quality management system, which uses regular customer satisfaction monitoring as an indicator for improvement, aims to guarantee and demonstrate:

  • the ability of Go Systems to satisfy customer requirements and comply with applicable legislation, in a consistent and constant manner over time.
  • the ability of Go Systems to aim for customer satisfaction by means of an effective quality management system, including processes for ongoing improvement and the prevention of nonconformities.

The policy is therefore used as a reference for all management aspects covered by the quality management system implemented by Go Systems in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

SCOPE

The quality management system applies to the following activities carried out within Go Systems:

Design, manufacture and installation of impact protection devices in industrial and logistical areas. Design and manufacture of components and protection systems for car and motorcycle circuits (IAF: 14 17, 28).

OBJECTIVES

Go Systems designs and manufactures new-concept impact protection systems with the aim of protecting its customers’ facilities and staff.  The objective is to deliver a high-tech option to the Italian and international market that ensures long-term reliability.

The pursuit of excellence and distinction in every last detail has helped us invent novel, innovative products.

In this operational context, Go Systems decided to implement a quality management system to achieve a higher level of corporate efficiency in order to safeguard its customers.

Go Systems has described its quality management system as a strategic tool:

  • to comply with the quality policy and the objectives set
  • to assure customers that Go Systems products/services can meet their needs in accordance with applicable legislation and laws, providing maximum benefit over time
  • to reinforce the tendency to act on the root cause of problems rather than only taking action after their effects have been detected, with a view to pursuing commitment to ongoing improvement.

The intrinsic quality of the services and products offered is therefore a key strategic factor and should be regarded as part and parcel of those products and services, resulting from the way the company works.

Steering the operations of Go Systems towards a quality-based approach is essential for remaining competitive: when creating a ‘culture of quality’, human resources must be at its core as both the drivers and recipients of change.

STRATEGIES

The above objectives are met by adopting the following strategies:

  • Maintaining a corporate quality management system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
  • Continually monitoring customer complaints and corporate risks
  • Pursuing ongoing improvement of processes, through their efficient monitoring
  • Achieving ongoing improvement in the quality of purchased products and processing operations, by working closely with suppliers and assessing them carefully to identify all aspects of the supply and not just the purchase price.
