Overcoming the limitations of traditional products
Our products aim to overcome the common drawbacks associated with traditional rigid shockproof devices, by offering the possibility to flex and absorb impact energy and resolving the lack of effectiveness in providing complete protection. We’re committed to supplying cutting-edge systems that safeguard facilities and protect staff in industrial and commercial environments.
ERTAX Compound
We’ve created a special non-toxic technopolymer: the ERTAX compound.
This material has molecules that are linked together in a reversible lattice structure. As a result of this structure, the material offers a perfect mix of advantages: high mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness and excellent dimensional stability, keeping its characteristics unchanged over time.
Its resistance to shocks, wear and tear and low temperatures makes it ideal for the production of impact protection barriers.
i-Plast Compound
This thermoplastic material is formulated by us.
It exhibits incredible elastic behaviour that allows it to adapt quickly to any kind of deformation, without breaking or cracking.
It significantly improves the resistance to mechanical stress of other materials or devices.
SBS dynamic anti-strain fixing system
We’ve patented the SBS fixing system to ensure maximum resilience of our impact protection devices and minimise the lever effect of the systems on the floor. This dynamic system allows for greater flexibility and energy dissipation upon impact compared to traditional rigid protection devices.
With its cutting-edge technology, the SBS system distributes impact forces better and offers increased energy absorption capacity, thus helping to preserve the integrity of your structures and protect the floor to which they are fastened.
Class V0 profiles
Materials resistant at high temperatures
Operating temperature: 0°C to +60°C
Some of our devices are made with Class V0 polymers.
They are highly fire-resistant and exhibit the highest level of self-extinguishing in the event of flames.
These profiles also have excellent resistance to UV rays and ageing.
Class BT profiles
Materials resistant at low temperatures
Operating temperature: -55°C to +60°C
These devices are engineered to withstand conditions in areas such as cold stores and harsh outdoor environments.
Accessories and other components
Our shockproof devices are designed to protect from and withstand all impacts. They are therefore supplied with accessories that feature the following:
- Special seals
- AirBag caps for columns and bollards
- End caps with high impact resistance
- Watertight protection devices for food processing facilities and pharmaceutical sites
- Dusk-to-dawn LED lighting systems and flashing systems
