A new manufacturing solution engineered to solve problems of durability of the common devices currently used for this purpose. Taking advantage of the technology development we obtained on bumper plates manufacturing and exploiting our advanced NC-machining centres we are able to define radii of curvature that are suitable for forced-draught ventilation in rooms of the food sector as also for test technical laboratories in the automotive sector. This innovative bumper plate air conveyor reflects all the high level mechanical properties of the shockproof material used and is suitable for food industry. The product is generally manufactured in male/female sectors supplied with corners and head covers. Through the predisposition of special openings on the plate back covering the system is easy to install both on floor and wall surface and is equipped with sealing caps.
